TOMANDANDY MUSIC (New York, NY)
In his 8 months with our company, Aviad Cohen quickly made himself an invaluable employee. In a business where long hours are the norm, Aviad worked circles around most of us. His boundless enthusiasm for the completion of any task we threw at him has set a standard here at tomandandy, which will be very tough to match. As you will see by the list below, we gave Aviad an extremely wide range of responsibilities. He rose to them all. We could not be happier with his performance. All of us here at tomandandy miss his commitment, dedication, and responsibility. During his brief tenure, Aviad successfully completed projects in each of the following areas: Produced and edited the tomandandy commercial television, film and orchestral presentation reels. Assisted all three New York commercial producers. Assisted our East Coast and Midwest Agents. Assisted our two music contractors. Composed music and sound design for several tomandandy projects, including TV commercials for Motorola, Miller Lite, and Comedy Central, and music for the Mark Pellington film "Going All The Way." Updated and organized our cast 3/4" tape library. Assisted our composers and engineers in their daily duties. Please feel free to call us for any further information regarding Aviad's work at tomandandy. Andy Milburn, Tom Hajdu - tomandandy music WARNER BROS. FAMILY ENTERTAINMENT (Burbank, CA) Aviad Cohen's energy and enthusiasm for learning and completing all assignments was always high and refreshing. As a Production Assistant on Step By Step, Aviad was involved in the distribution of confidential documents as well as other daily tasks. He participated as an Extra on our second episode, A Star Is Born. He also assisted in preparation and attended Cast Readings and Production Meetings. He was a great addition to our production staff this summer and will be a benefit to any department he chooses to take full time employment. Carol Hines, Coordinating Producer/Unit Production Manager Jeff Cusick, Production Coordinator LOVE KILLS PRODUCTIONS, LLC. (Studio City, CA) Aviad Cohen was employed by Love Kills Productions, LLC from approximately February to May of 1998. As my assistant, he expedited general office responsibilities and other activities associated with the post-production of our feature, "Love Kills." For example, he coordinated three distributor screenings for the picture. More interestingly, he showed potential in creative areas, offering useful ideas and insights regarding music and graphic design during the development of our advertising and promotional materials. He also helped out by shooting some portrait photography used for an interview article in Variety. Sincerely, Mark Buntzman Producer |
