So here is what is going on now. I am in the studio mixing Fire Starter. The head of the company is a Christian and he has given me a really good deal on mixing each song. It is $400 flat rate per song. He has even included time for me to re-record vocals and any additional production work that needs to be put in to complete the tracks.

Loc Saint: $50 x 4 hours: $200
Boy and Girl for Magic Wands and Little Spells: Flate fee $200

Vocal Recording Total: $1,100
The goal of this album is also to feature artists besides myself. I feel there needs to be more unity. I hardly ever see Messianic artists on each other's albums. All the artists who are on board agree with me in regards to the unity that is needed.

As for interludes:

1. Intro: Psalms 2
2. Chassidic Vice
3. Revelation 22

Not sure about the cost for the interludes. Hopefully less than $400 each, but perhaps maybe not.

Replication of 1,000 CDs: $2,500
*If I replicate less, they charge a huge amount of money per CD

Keep in mind, I am not paying myself as Producer of this album.

The photographer that I would like to work with is based out of Los Angeles. I have included some select images of his work for review. I did not want to link to his website since some of the fashion photography includes women in hi-fashion bikinis and I did not want anyone kvetching at me about posting a link to that. What I like about his images is that they are framed and lit well. They are crisp and clean. Also, he shoots people well. He captures their expression. I spoke with him. He is nice, professional and is up for the shoot. He shoots with hi-end digital gear. He knows how to light properly. A lot of photographers shoot images and expect to fix it all in post-production. This photographer gets it lit right so not much has to be done in post-production. Please note, I also have a background in fashion photography so the communication between him and I is there. We have a good rapport. Here is the budget breakdown.

Photographer: $2,500
Make-Up Artist: $250
*As for styling, I will ask a stylist friend to do it. I will possibly have to purchase some clothes.
Plane ticket from Boise, ID to Los Angeles, CA: $400 or so.

Concept: Think Biblical fashion ad campaign. I'm not mentioning too much at this point, but obviously something that glorifies God -for sure.

I make music and post it for outreach purposes. I'm an out of the box thinker and want to create "something new" when it comes to making music for God and packaging it visually in a different way than has been done in the past or is currently being done.
